We’re hosting our very first American Civil War Society Re-enactment Weekend on Saturday and Sunday of the 1st and 2nd of July!
Between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm, civilians can explore three tented camps (Union, Confederate and Civilians). Each camp reflects a unique look at what it would have been like for families and soldiers during the 1860’s period.
If you think this sounds exciting, the highlight of the day will be a skirmish between the Union and Confederate soldiers at 2.30pm in front of the main hall. Soldiers will be using authentic black powder buskets and cannons.
